A Heartfelt Prayer

Heavenly Father up above
Guard her with your special love
Give her strength to make it through
Give her comfort and strength too

When she's discouraged may she know
I look up to her; I love her so
May my prayers she always feel
And Your protection on her sealed

Keep her healthy, safe and sound
May Your joy in her abound
May she know how much I care
How often I lift her up in prayer

So when she hurts and so it seems
That life is tough and hard and mean
May she always know and see
How very much she means to me
